				when you would like us to manage the premises (typically evenings, weekends and the holidays)
				reporting and control procedures
				rental – how much we pay you
				arrangements for insurance, maintenance, etc
•		A member of the schoolsPlus team is introduced to you for your approval, and starts work
				sets up the schoolsPlus Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that the lettings run smoothly
				installs the schoolsPlus Toolkit
				liaises with teaching staff, particularly those whose rooms will be used after hours
				promotes the facilities to the community
				carries out customer selection, bookings, and cash handling
				ensures that cleaning, security and breakages are dealt with
				reports to you on a regular basis
