The opportunity is very similar to a franchise: effectively you run it as your own business, with full P&L responsibility.

Each business is equipped with the schoolsPlus+™ toolkit, a complete set of software, processes, equipment, and staff, and we work with the school and you to install this. Once the toolkit is in place, and once you and all stakeholders are ready, you take over full management of the business. 

As a schoolsPlus+ Lettings Manager you pay yourself a base salary from the lettings. Then, at the end of the year, you pay 75% of the profit to the school, and keep 25% for yourself as a bonus – typically worth thousands of pounds.

Working arrangements are very flexible, and almost entirely at your discretion. You can expect to work about 20 hours/week, including some weekend and evening work.
