- These are the Terms & Conditions under which You may hire from Us the Facilities at the Times and for the Activities we have agreed with you.
- There is an additional grace period of 15 minutes before the start of the booking and after the end of the booking. During this grace period, You may be permitted at our discretion to enter The School, as directed by Us, for the purposes of going to and leaving The Facilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that any people you invite onto the School premises comply with these Terms & Conditions
- You may use the School’s name and address purely for location purposes when You advertise the Activities
- Payment must be in advance or by direct debit
- No child who has been excluded from the School is permitted on site, even as part of your activity
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises at any time
- Food and drink may not be consumed on the premises save where We indicate
- Outdoor footwear may not be worn in the sports hall or gym
- You must comply at all times with any instructions given by Us
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by their parent, guardian or a CRB approved adult at all times
- Room Assessment
a) The booked Facilities will be available to You in good, clean condition. It is Your responsibility to ensure the Facilities are left in the same condition on the completion of each booking
b) We will provide you with an assessment sheet, detailing the condition and set up of the Facilities in advance of each usage
c) Any discrepancy between the condition and set up of the Facilities and that shown on the assessment sheet must be reported to Our Representative not later than 10 minutes after the start of Your booking

d) By the end of each booking, You must ensure the Facilities are restored to the condition shown in the assessment sheet, unless We agree otherwise in advance
e) You will pay Our reasonable charges if We are obliged to restore or readjust the Facilities or the School premises generally. We may suspend Your bookings until we receive full paymen |

| 13. |
|
Damage, and Wear and Tear |

| |
a) You will be responsible for all damage caused to the Facilities or the school premises generally by You
b) You will pay all costs and Our reasonable charges on demand if We are obliged to restore, repair or replace the Facilities or the School premises generally to the condition they were in prior to your booking, whether or not this was shown in the assessment sheet. Your bookings may be suspended until we have received payment in full |

| 14. |

Insurance |

| |
a) You, your Staff and customers are on the premises entirely at your own risk. We decline all liability in the event of injury or loss., however incurred
b) You accept responsibility for any injury or loss incurred by you, your agents, contractors, employees and customers.
c) You are entirely responsible for the safety of you, your staff and your customers in the event of an accident or fire. Specifically, you are responsible for acquainting everyone you bring onto the premises with our fire procedures, and for evacuating them from the premises in the event of fire
d) You further accept responsibility for any injury or loss that The School or We incur as a result of your action or negligence whilst on the premises |

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the facilities at any time. If this is for no fault on your part, we will reimburse any money you have paid us |
